The system was projected in four sectors corresponding to the number of groups of services. Each sector is represented in a definite colour in order to be easier for recognizing as these four colours are used also for the total signalization system. The hierarchy consists of the following three levels:

• The video-wall shall launch the passive information and together the kiosk system inform about the distribution of the services in the four sectors.
• Signboards inform about the direction to the sectors.
• The displays distributed for every sector present the whole information about the services.
